A Bite of Boxyard: Community Dinner

As part of our 5th Birthday celebration, we’re throwing it back and finally doing something we’ve wanted to do for a long time: giving you a way to taste Boxyard in one night with live music. Think neighborhood dinner party meets food crawl, with a throwback house-party vibe.

A Bite of Boxyard: Community Dinner is a casual, social tasting tour featuring a mix of Boxyard food and drink vendors. If you’ve ever thought, “I come here all the time but always order the same thing,” or “I wish I could try a little of everything,” this is your chance.

What’s included

Each $20 food ticket includes one tasting from each participating food vendor. Tastes are approximately 3–5 bites each, enough to explore a range of flavors without feeling rushed or shorted. You’re welcome to trade with friends and neighbors (like swapping snacks at the lunch table).

Participating food and dessert vendors:

Bulkogi – Korean BBQ and Korean-fusion cuisine

Will & Well – fresh, nourishing bites

Fullsteam – Southern-inspired pizza and food

Baekho – Korean-inspired dessert (ice cream and sweet treats)

Drink add-on (optional)

Add a $10 drink ticket to sample beverages from:

Fullsteam RTP – plow-to-pint beer rooted in North Carolina’s agricultural traditions

RTP Uncorked – curated wines from family estates and independent producers

Drink offerings will feature small pours or flight-style samples pulled directly from each vendor’s menu. Drink tickets are optional and purchased separately. Must be 21+ with valid ID to redeem alcohol.

Event flow

The event runs from 6:00–8:00 pm with staggered arrival times every 15 minutes to keep things relaxed and moving smoothly. The final arrival window is 7:30 pm.

Move at your own pace, meet the people behind the businesses, and sample bites from across the Yard. No rush or hard choices, no assigned seating…just good food, good company, and a chance to mix it up with a greatest-hits-style sampler.

You’ll have the chance to chat with owners and staff, connect with other guests, and enjoy the experience at your own pace instead of standing in traditional food lines.

Additional notes

Bites are pulled from each vendor’s core menu offerings. Not all options will be gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, or allergen-free. Guests with dietary restrictions should check with vendors during the event for ingredient details.

No refunds for tickets purchased after June 4, 2026.
