Boxyard RTP has ample open-air, communal space for you and your guests to enjoy the beautiful North Carolina weather all year.
We do not make table reservations for groups in the common area; seating is first-come, first-served.
If your group has decorations or displays, please limit them to 8.5” x 11” or smaller. Promotional items such as pop-up banners, tablecloths, large signs and swag are prohibited without prior approval. On-site security and staff may ask you to remove any unapproved promotional items and displays.

Top Box
If you’re planning a networking lunch, private gathering or your sister’s baby shower, Top Box is the space for you! Fullsteam Brewery runs this second-floor space overlooking the central Pavillion. This indoor-outdoor flex space is great for groups of 20 up to 200. Use the button below to send your booking inquiry to Top Box.
The Pavilion
Boxyard RTP has an open-air, covered Pavilion with tables and chairs, in the center of the complex. Please note, this space may only be rented in the mornings from 6:00 - 11:30 a.m.

FEATURES INCLUDE
- Oversized ceiling fan cools things down in the summer and over-head, radiant heaters warm up the space on chilly days.
- With the standard seating option, 130 guests may be seated around various-sized tables. The furniture can be reconfigured to fit up to 160 guests for an extra charge.
- You may use our stage and sound equipment for presentations or musical performances.
