Our venue has ample open-air, safe, communal space for guests to gather. We do not make table reservations for groups in the common area but we’ll gladly rent out sections of our space for events.
Boxyard RTP has covered outdoor seating, indoor seating and ample decking on our second floor for you and your guests to enjoy the beautiful North Carolina weather all year.

Top Box
If you’re planning a networking lunch, private gathering or your sister’s baby shower, Top Box is the space for you! Fullsteam Brewery runs this second-floor space overlooking the central Pavillion. The Pavilion
Boxyard RTP has an open-air, covered Pavilion with tables and chairs, in the center of the complex. Please note, this space may only be rented in the mornings from 6:00 - 11:30 a.m.

FEATURES INCLUDE
- Oversized ceiling fan cools things down in the summer and over-head, radiant heaters warm up the space on chilly days.
- With the standard seating option, 130 guests may be seated around various-sized tables. The furniture can be reconfigured to fit up to 160 guests for an extra charge.
- You may use our stage and sound equipment for presentations or musical performances.
