Call For Vendors Requirements
- Availability: Be present at the shop one day per week, with a rotating Saturday schedule.
- Stocking: Able to stock the shop from November 1 through January 15.
- Operational Hours: Must adhere to Boxyard RTP’s core hours:
- In-Season Hours (March 1st – November 30th):
- 12:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., Tuesday – Saturday
- Off-Season Hours (December 1st – February 28th):
- 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m., Tuesday – Saturday
- Holiday Closures:
- Thanksgiving Eve (early closure at 4:00 p.m.)
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Eve (early closure at 4:00 p.m.)
- Christmas Day
- New Year’s Eve (early closure at 4:00 p.m.)
- New Year’s Day
- In-Season Hours (March 1st – November 30th):
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with three other vendors in the space, which includes a shared POS system.
- Display: Design and display merchandise in a 10-foot horizontal space along each of the two walls.
- Cost: Pay $200 on November 15 and $500 on December 1, for a total of $700 for the 9-week term.
