Boxyard RTP reaches significant milestone of 100% occupancy with the arrival of the unique, fast casual salad restaurant
RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. – May 16, 2024 – Boxyard RTP, the experiential dining and retail destination in the heart of Research Triangle Park (RTP), today announced its latest culinary concept, Will & Well, is now open. Founded by Ponce Tidwell and Rosalind Mitchell, Will & Well is redefining the fast-food landscape with nutrient-rich salads and invigorating, health-conscious beverages, including house-made lemonades and refreshers, alkaline water and soon, wholesome smoothies. The grand opening celebration is taking place Saturday, May 18 at 11 a.m. with a ribbon cutting ceremony hosted by DJ P-Trol and DJ/MC Big Tiz to kick off the festivities.
As alumni of North Carolina A&T University, Ponce and Rosalind are committed to helping residents of the Triangle area live well. Embracing the philosophy that “food is medicine,” every ingredient is carefully selected to promote health and wellness so that each salad is not just a meal but a step towards a healthier lifestyle.
