YoBa Studio: Flow Yoga

Join Triangle Pop-Up and YoBa Studio under the pavilion for a morning of movement and community!

Flow is YoBa Studio’s spin on a vinyasa-style yoga class. This combination of meditation, yoga and powerful music will help you get out of your head and into your heart.

Get your movement on from 10-11 a.m. and enjoy a complimentary coffee from Beyú Caffè at Boxyard RTP while exploring local vendors and creators from 11-3 p.m., hosted by Triangle Pop-Up! For more details on the market, check out the calendar.

Tickets for yoga are $20, and include your complimentary cup of coffee. Pre-registration is required. Please bring a mat and water.

• Boxyard RTP is an open-air facility that will be following in accordance with all Covid-19 regulations put in place by Durham County.
• In addition to regular cleanings, complimentary hand sanitizer and wipe stations are provided throughout our facility.
