The Lineup:

Ashley Preston

Ashley Preston aka Auntie Ashley is the Triangle Comedy Scene’s resident Auntie. She lives in Raleigh, but still holds on to her Michigan roots by saying “pop” and cheering for The Detroit Lions. Ashley is the co-host of the legendary Friday night open mic at the Durty Bull in Durham. She also brings the estrogen to the Morning Boney Show (fka H.L. In the AM) on Oak 93.5 FM on Monday mornings. When she is not traveling the world, Ashley graces stages all over The Triangle.

Tym Griffin

Tym Griffin, a father, husband, producer, and comedian by trade. Tym Griffin a Leland, North Carolina native rushed the comedy scene in late 2016 and never looked back . Tym Griffin has been covered in magazines, newspapers, radio, and television. Accolade’s include winning The Comic Strip Vol. 1, Producing over 100 comedy shows and performing in many more including Port City Comedy Festival, Bull city Comedy Festival, and performing on kingnetworkTV. Tym Griffin’s comedy pushes the envelope and boundaries of people sensibilities that includes the hardships of family dynamics, elegant one liner’s, dark adult humor, and the impossibilities of living in today’s society.

Artsy Musa

Artsy Musa is a known favorite in the triangle comedy scene. He makes regular appearance in clubs/bars all over North Carolina. His online sketches and interviews are hilarious and a big hit with all flavours of comedy. Artsy’s style consists of funny stories, character work and satirical expressions.

Headliner: Helen Wildy

Being Irish and gay, Helen Wildy loves rainbows and parades. Born in Belfast, Northern Ireland and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, Helen weaves her experiences of growing up an immigrant, coming out to her Irish family, and still identifying as a Hanson fan 25 years after it was cool into her witty, sweet, jovial comedy. She’s has performed all over the US and Europe. She will be recording her first album with Helium Records at Goodnights Comedy Club in Raleigh on November 29, 2022.

Masks are optional at Boxyard, but individual vendor policies may vary. We recommend bringing a mask with you. Stay kind to those who choose to still wear one.
– In addition to regular cleanings, hand sanitizer stations are provided throughout our facility.
– Our tables are spaced out, so you do not feel right on top of your neighbor.
