Manda Panda Soy Wax Candles
Meet Amanda McClure, the passionate owner of a local business in Durham, North Carolina, specializing in all-natural soy wax candles and bath products. Her journey started as a hobby but has blossomed into a successful venture, driven by her dedication to eco-friendly and health-conscious options. Amanda’s inspiration came from wanting to create a safer environment for her family after her father was diagnosed with lung cancer. Her business now sells products in multiple stores throughout the RDU areas and donates $1 from each 11 oz double wick candle sale to Duke Cancer research and patient support programs, demonstrating her commitment to giving back to the community and making a positive impact in the lives of cancer patients. Amanda’s story showcases how a simple hobby can turn into a thriving business with a heartfelt mission, making the world better one candle at a time
Rebeca Rambharose Art
Rebecca Rambharose [Rebe Ramby] is currently a freelance Landscape, Nature and Portrait photographer residing in Durham, North Carolina. Her passion for the arts first began as a violinist at the age of 9. In June of 2001 she had the opportunity to perform at Carnegie Hall in New York, where she fully understood the relationship between the elements of Music and the light that is an integral part of Photography. Nuances of Dynamics, Timbre, Texture and Rhythm are seen throughout her work.
Rebe uses wood as her main platform for her photography not only because it adds texture and emotion to the image but because wood prints remind us that no two things are created equally.
