What is Zumba? Zumba is an interval workout. The classes move between high- and low-intensity dance moves designed to increase your heart rate and boost cardio endurance. Zumba is fun, great for weight loss, tones your entire body, boots heart health, and has lots of other benefits!
HEYYY!! My name is Aya and I’m so pumped to bring Zumba to The Boxyard!! I’m a software engineer by degree, but a Zumba instructor by practice ???? I’ve been teaching Zumba for 6 years, and I want to share my passion with YOU! Let’s crank up the music, and escape the world for 1 hour together! Get ready to move, sweat, and party! Got 2 left feet?! No problem!! I will get you moving and having fun!
It is recommended to bring a water bottle and a sweat towel!
