TITLE Boxing Club X Boxyard RTP
At TITLE Boxing Club Cary + Raleigh, we welcome boxers of all fitness levels and are in your corner to make your boxing class an easy and fun experience. Exercise is considered vital for maintaining mental fitness. Boxing is a high-intensity workout that not only improves your physical fitness but also helps to reduce stress and tension. Boxing fitness classes, like the ones at TITLE Boxing Club Cary + Raleigh, offer a cathartic release that can help you feel more relaxed and focused– and we’re bringing that energy right to Boxyard RTP! The class is $10.
What to expect:
– Boxing HIIT Power Hour workout followed by a much needed opportunity to unwind and explore all the Boxyard RTP has to offer!
– 45 min workout run by the Cary and Raleigh coaches!
– 7 min cardio based warmup, 8 three minute “rounds” (stations), finishing with 7 min of core work.
-The Power 45 workout is an authentic full-body boxing workout that challenges your body, clears your mind and completely engages your spirit. Our signature Power 45 utilizes the fundamentals of a true boxer’s workout to strengthen and tone your arms, legs, back, core and your confidence.

– Water bottle to stay hydrated
– Towel
– Mat if needed
– Hand wraps
– Gloves, if you own them (gloves will be available for anyone that needs them!)
