What is SPENGA? SPENGA combines the three pillars of fitness to create the best workout ever! There are ultimately three components to fitness being cardio, strength, and flexibility. SPENGA is the first studio of its kind, to put equal focus on all three components in one 60-minute workout, through a combination of spin, strength, and yoga.
Meet your instructor: Hutter Black! North Carolina native and one of the SPENGA Chapel Hill owners with her sister. Graduated from UNC in 2016 and knew Chapel Hill would be the perfect place for a SPENGA studio. Has been teaching SPENGA for over two years and has taught over 600 sessions! Passionate about our concept, RIDE, REP, and REVIVE and wants to share it more with the community!
