Fight off the Sunday scaries with an energetic HIIT class on the second Sunday every month from 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Instructors from Wolf Fit incorporate total-body strength moves, core and stability exercises with boxing and self-defense elements to kick things up a notch!

All fitness levels are welcome. Bring water, a yoga mat and your motivation.

About the Instructors:

Michael Winkfield

Mike Winkfield is the owner and creator of Wolf Fit, based in Raleigh. He has over 20 years of experience in personal training and creating transformational experiences. He is equipped with certifications from the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM), Functional Movement Screening (FMS) and TRX. He plans to support and educate the Triangle community by emphasizing the importance of living a healthy and fit life on a larger scale.

Lilla Juhasz

Lilla is originally from Hungary and has a degree in Exercise and Sport Science from Campbell University. She is an ACE-certified personal trainer and has an extensive background in athletics. She loves to educate her clients about the benefits of pain-free exercising while empowering them to crush their fitness goals and increase self-love!

Covid-19 Precautions

– Boxyard RTP is an open-air facility that will be following all Covid-19 regulations put in place by Durham County.
– In addition to regular cleanings, complimentary hand sanitizer and wipe stations are provided throughout our facility.
