Today’s Musicians: D. Shawn & Soul
Shawn & Soul is an experienced Neo-Soul duo that was established in 2015 at North Carolina Central University.
With D. Shawn’s smooth vocals and Soul’s Piano and Production expertise, have grown their duo into a full band and created vibes with people all around! They have planned and executed successful concerts, and music collaborations with world renown Artists such as: Tank, 9th Wonder, Ginuwine, Willie Taylor & more.
In 2021 D. Shawn & Soul signed a deal with Sony Music, leading them to collaborate and connect with more artists, blogs, interviews as well as gain more experience in the music industry.
Shawn is also just getting back off the road from singing Background Vocals for Anthony Hamilton on a leg of his tour!
Currently in album mode, D. Shawn & Soul are constantly looking for inspirations and genuine connections with music lovers all around!
