In our home, eating 13 egg sandwiches or 5 bowls of rice was typical for my brother Joshua. After he was killed, I developed an interest in creating cheeseboards and learning about food pairings. Which was a helpful hobby during the early days of grief. Having worked in the hospitality industry for more than 7 years, I felt confident in fusing my knowledge in cheese with my experience to offer tempting catering options that would foster fellowship and lasting memories.
