We cordially invite you to celebrate… Boxyard Turning 1! We will be packing June 2-4th with events, entertainment, and specials. And what 1st birthday would be complete without a smash cake!? Check each day on our events calendar to see what we have planned to commemorate this milestone. No pre-registration required.

Let’s get the weekend started!

Tonight’s Musician: Kate Rhudy

Kate is an American folk-pop and country singer-songwriter, musician, and recording artist. Trained as a classical violinist, she played in multiple local bands in Boone, North Carolina as a fiddler before moving to Nashville to further pursue a career in music. She later moved to back to her hometown, Raleigh, and began performing as a solo artist. In 2017, she released her debut album, Rock N’ Roll Ain’t For Me.

Raleigh-based songwriter Kate Rhudy worked alongside collaborator and producer Andrew Marlin of Mandolin Orange to create her 2017 debut, Rock N’ Roll Ain’t For Me, which earned Rhudy nods from WUNC and INDY Week as “one of the Triangle’s sharpest young songwriters”.
