R&B powerhouses like Chaka Khan, The Isley Brothers, Al Green, Michael Jackson, Prince, and countless others were a staple in her youth. Ally realized that her voice adopted characteristics of some of her favorite musicians; Etta James, Stevie Wonder, Erykah Badu, and Tracy Chapman.
